Service Packages and Costs

There are three different service packages available:

"Basic" service package

Business Development

•    Needs assessment and annual review of compliance requirements via a yearly talk
•    Integration into the site’s strategic economic development
•    Support for consortia in strategic project development
•    Advocacy

Contact Brokering

•    Access to decision makers in the industry
•    Access to new business partners
•    Access to scientific experts

Community Building

•    Faster access to industry-specific information
•    Establishing and maintaining contacts at events (Executive Lounge, “Fast Forward for you” Events, future conferences)
•    Increasing awareness within the community (including via newsletter "messengers")

Human Resources

•    Industry-specific qualifications
•    Convenient and tailor-made qualifications (including qualification program QM & GxP)
•    Strategic human resource development for the site (e.g. people with DEKRA Certification, Chair, Junior Workshop)
•    Jobs listed on the home page, access to academic junior staff

Fairs / pavilions

•    Small organization with low-cost price risk
•    Higher visibility due to the size of joint stands
•    Representing the region at national and international fairs
•    Exploring potentially interesting fairs for the Industry

Location Management

•    Access to journalists and media
•    Use of the Human.technology Styria brand image
•    Increasing (inter) national visibility, access to information about industry experts
•    Use of HTS marketing tools - materials, essence, homepage
•    Presentation in the CIS - Cluster Information System with full access to
technology profiles (business description, contact information, competency descriptions of all member companies)  

Cost for the basic package of services:

Companies with up to 5 employees

Research and educational institutions                           1.450,-€ / year

Start-ups: first contract valid for 2 years

6 – 20 employees                                                           2.900,-€ / year

21 – 200 employees                                                       4.900,-€ / year

Approx. 200 employees                                                 8.500,-€ / year

"Advanced" service package

In addition to the standard package...

•    Established priorities through participation in HTS’s annual dialogue with the Strategic Committee (with    deductible).

•    Consulting services- in particular, orientation research and expert searches for approx. 15 hours/ per year.

•    Advertising presence with banners on the HTS homepage and on a chosen
thematic page within the website.

•    Advertisements in the HTS circuit newsletters. (half-page)

Advanced service package: 3.950€ / year

"Executive" service package

In addition to the standard package...

•    Employee participation (at least twice per year) at senior management discussions (limited number of participants).

•    Consulting services- in particular, orientation research and expert searches for approx. 20 hours/ per year.

•    Advertising presence with banners on the HTS homepage and on three chosen
thematic pages within the website.

•    Advertisements in the HTS circuit newsletters. (2 x half-pages)

•    Permanent presence of your company’s advertising logo on all HTS press releases and at press conferences.

•    The number of "Executive" memberships is limited to 13 people

"Executive" service package: 6.900€ / year

Fee-based service package

In addition to the three service packages outlined above, we offer the following services:

•    Screening of products and business ideas in collaboration with experts and partners.

•    Project management and project support (on cluster-related issues such as settlement, investors, etc).

•    Search for market information services and opportunities for collaboration
contacts.

•    Support for collaboration projects (in cooperation with funding agencies).

•    Productivity against drawing up outside offers:

Cluster contribution to businesses in a collaborative group:

The umbrella organization of a collaboration group will become a cluster partner as well (no fee obligation and no right to service). The offer applies only to the collaboration group, if several or all companies of the collaboration group become members of the HTS cluster. Basis for the fee calculation is the company's contribution per employee, less the discount that depends on the group size of the single company.
(this also applies to research and educational institutions at the departmental level)

3-5 partners for each collaboration group 10% discount

6-10 partners each collaboration group, 20% discount

Greater than 11 partners each collaboration group, 30% discount
