Until now, comparing the services and prices of care agencies in Austria was not exactly easy. This was due to different pricing models and service packages with only partially digitized information. With the entry into force of the legal requirement from September 1, 2024 for placement agencies to communicate and disclose prices and services for 24-hour carers transparently, the market is now becoming more transparent. However, direct comparisons will not be possible in the future either. The HerzensPortal solves exactly this problem with its comparison options with standardized information.
With the Heart Portal For the first time, care agencies in Austria can now be compared in terms of their services, specializations and prices and offers from different providers can be obtained in one place.
In order to receive the most precise and tailored offer possible with regard to the care needs, interested parties are guided through an online questionnaire where they can select suggested answers with little effort. This means they are guided through the quotation process within a few minutes and can place an order directly.

The HerzensPortal compares care agencies for 24-hour care.
The HerzensPortal was developed to present the actual care costs transparently and to easily compare the offers from placement agencies. Up until now, the comparability of care services was a very time-consuming and laborious process due to the wide variety of calculation models.
"If there is a need for care in the family or for yourself, you quickly need a reliable and comprehensive market overview in order to find the best and most suitable caregivers as easily as possible," says HerzensPortal co-founder Oliver Wimmer. "That's easier said than done. In order to be able to compare the different care agencies with each other, a lot of the providers' data had to be standardized," adds his co-founder Konstantin Pollanz.
