Bookings should be made through your preferred travel agent or independently. If you choose a hotel other than the one we suggest, you will need to organize the logistical aspects necessary to participate in the event program yourself.
Visa

Austrian and other Schengen nationals with a passport that is valid for at least 6 months upon departure can enter the UAE visa-free and stay in the country for 180 days within 90 days without the possibility of an extension. Participants with a different nationality are asked to enquire about the entry requirements. This can be done either through the travel agency or the UAE embassy in their home country.
Arrival in the UAE
Please note the time difference of 3 hours between Austria and the UAE (Vienna 20:05 = Dubai 23:05).
