The Scandinavian countries are known for their innovative strength. A strong culture of collaboration, innovation-friendly policies, a focus on sustainable development, social stability and a fundamental openness to new technologies may be some of the reasons for this. The life sciences sector in particular also offers pioneering innovations.

Southern Sweden is therefore the destination of a thematically broad delegation trip that will appeal to all life science enthusiasts.

• Elekta, Stockholm: Innovators of precision radiotherapy solutions
• Getinge, Gothenburg: Global player for solutions in the areas of intensive care medicine, cardiovascular procedures, operating rooms and sterile processing
• GoCo Health Innovation City, Mölndal: 200.000 square meters for researchers, companies and talents from around the world.
• Astra Zeneca Bioventure Hub, Gothenburg: Innovation center offering academic groups and SMEs access to AstraZeneca's scientific expertise and facilities.
