Clemens Kupsch
Clemens Kupsch has been working in communication design for almost 20 years and has evolved over the years over time, the topic of an evidence-based user experience has been increasingly addressed. as Principal UX Designer with a background in psychology, he takes care of Parkside Interactive about the strategic orientation of common UX measures, planning, Implementation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research as well as the design of optimal user experiences.
John Robier
Johannes Robier is Managing Director of youspi Consulting GmbH, author of the book "The simple and emotional shopping experience (Springer 2015)", as well as organizer and chair of the World Usability Congress. He has been working in the areas of usability, user experience, customer experience & service design for national and international companies for more than 10 years.
Thomas Grill
Thomas Grill is a specialist with more than 20 years of experience in the industrial and university environment in the areas of user experience and interaction design with a focus on complex contexts.
His expertise lies, among other things, in the areas of “elicitation of user requirements” (User Requirements Analysis – User Research) and “Interaction Design”, using from established scientific methods. In workshops, interviews, design studios, among other things, the needs of users and customers are recorded and implemented in UX and interaction concepts and -prototypes implemented. Since 2014 he has been supporting product development in the medical technology sector with a focus on (agile) processes and methods of user-centered product development.
Rudolf TA Greger
Rudolf TA Greger is a design philosopher with over 30 years of design experience. In 1992 he co-founded GP designpartners, an industrial design company in Central Europe, and in 2014 Design Thinking Tank to promote the spread and understanding of design thinking. He has been self-employed as a management designer since 2021 and supports entrepreneurs and managers in creating salable innovations.
