The presentation highlights how the development of the telemedicine disease management program HerzMobil ultimately led to the "Digital Health Innovation Platform", with which AIT can support innovators in bringing their core innovation (sensor, app, AI, data-driven care process, ...) into routine application without having to master all the complexities themselves.
