We are developing an Augmented Reality (AR) platform for immersive and collaborative interaction with 3D medical data.
In education, we challenge the current state of the art in which 3D human anatomy is taught on 2D screens or with textbooks. With our platform, medical students can visualize this complex information in true 3D. This demonstrably leads to a better and faster understanding.
In the clinical field, our goal is to reduce human error in treatment by supporting surgical planning with the help of automatically generated, patient-specific 3D models visualized in AR.
