SimVantage has succeeded in developing software that makes it possible to simulate and thus optimize aerated and/or stirred bioreactors. Bioreactors are required, for example, to produce modern medicines such as antibiotics, monoclonal antibodies for cancer therapy, or vector vaccines. In addition, they can also be used to produce Clean Meat, Food Additives or Precision Fermentation. With the findings from the software, the transition from the laboratory to production and thus the time to market maturity is significantly reduced. This helps companies to save time and money, which can subsequently also benefit the general public.
