Way back in focus
As in many companies, Probando was also about finding the balancing act between new ideas and digital transformation. To do this, innovation management had to be put on a new footing. About the background: Probando has a large team of technicians, but not enough project developers with strategic digitization expertise, as Julia Harrer, Co-Founder & CMO, remembers: "So it was always a bit of a problem finding the way for projects efficiently and with an overall satisfactory outcome define. The correct implementation of a typical Scrum process therefore only became sufficiently clear to all of us in the context of EDI, i.e. it could become second nature!”
By train to your destination with EDI

In this way, the process could be optimized.” In the past, it was always difficult at the beginning of the project because the procedure turned out to be quite inhomogeneous: “The idea was passed on to the technical team, but without a clear process.” Now everything runs more smoothly and goal-oriented within the team – this includes Significant advantages: “Each project completion can be scheduled more precisely and all milestones can be planned well. This increased planning security gives us a better feeling internally in the project and ensures more drive throughout the entire process.”
The future is scalable
In addition to recruiting, Probando also wants to map the entire ecosystem, i.e. at the customer, during the project and afterward, says Julia Harrer: "Of course, this also makes the projects internally more complex, since many threads come together and different funding is linked." EDI promotion could lay the foundation for the fundamentally better coordination of the entire ecosystem. She adds: “In every customer conversation, a new topic comes up that you could then theoretically take up and adapt in the process. Now that the basic process has been permanently installed, this can be better integrated. You also know how to react agilely to adjustments.”

The support provided by HTS as part of the EDI project was characterized by productive cooperation: "There were always contacts and continuous support available - that made a lot easier in the initial phase of change. It also helped us that all processes were always scalable - this high level of flexibility met the requirements of our dynamic business very well!"
